Our company is committed to acting with integrity and complying with all legal and ethical standards. If you observe potential misconduct, violations of laws, or breaches of internal policies, you can report these concerns securely and by option anonymously through our digital Integrity Platform.

All reports are processed in accordance with the Rules of Procedure.

What types of concerns can be reported?

You can use the Integrity Line to report suspected or actual violations related, but not limited to:

  • Fraud, corruption or bribery
  • Financial or accounting irregularities
  • Antitrust or competition law issues
  • Violations of human rights or environmental obligations
  • Harassment, discrimination or workplace misconduct
  • Data protection or information security breaches
  • Any other serious compliance or ethical concern
  • Reports can be made by employees, business partners or any external stakehold

Important Notice: Our Integrity Hotline is not to be used to report discontent with OESL‘s products. In such cases, we ask you to contact Customer Service.

Your identity is protected

  • We encourage you to identify yourself when you submit a report. However, we understand that you might have concerns doing so. Therefore, you have the option of reporting your concerns anonymously.
  • We ensure encrypted and secure communication
  • Your report will only be reviewed by authorized personnel
  • No retaliation guaranteed under our whistleblower policy
  • We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.

What happens after you submit a report?

  1. Report submission: Webform or phone line sends your report to authorized OESL personnel securely.
  2. Initial review: Authorized OESL personnel evaluates the report and checks its relevance.
  3. Follow-up: You may receive questions through your secure EQS mailbox or phone line (using the case numbers provided to you during report submission). Your efforts to maintain contact with our authorized personnel will increase the chance of a complete investigation of the report.
  4. Investigation: An internal or external investigation is initiated if necessary.
  5. Outcome: Findings are documented; corrective measures are taken.
  6. Feedback: If possible and legally permitted, we inform you of the results.

Data Protection & Legal Notice

All reports are processed in accordance with the EU Whistleblower Directive, applicable local regulations, and the GDPR.
